An Events

We recently had the opportunity to partner with AE Events and their wonderful team for a non profit gala. Their professionalism, prompt communication, and attention to detail both internally and externally is highly valued to us as a vendor. The onsite team was well organized to oversee execution of the event, providing information in real time, which allowed us to focus on our areas of expertise. The end result was a smooth event start to finish, and record breaking donations for the client. AE Events is not only a valuable resource for managing the event, but understanding and recognizing the goals and expectations of the client. As a vendor this creates a cohesive and intentional job site, and feels like everyone is working together rather than separately on their own element. We hope to work with AE Events again soon, and couldn't recommend them enough!

We had the opportunity to work with AE Events on the WBUR Fest this spring, and they were fantastic to partner with from start to finish. The communication was clear, the planning was organized, and the team did an excellent job creating a smooth experience for both guests and vendors. As a vendor, it's always obvious when an event team is on top of the details, and AE Events made everything easy. Frankie, Arianna, Courtney, and the entire team were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. AE Events helped plan a surprised birthday weekend for my husband's 30th. From start to finish they did not miss a thing, communication was easy and they were so responsive, their ideas were beyond what I could have ever thought of myself, and their productive of the event truly was amazing. There was also absolutely no stress for me, I got to enjoy the whole weekend because I knew they had everything under control. I could not recommend AE Events more, and will be using Phoebe and the team for all of our future parties.

From her professionalism in our first meeting to ice rolling my chest when I got nervous hives on the wedding day, Phoebe truly does it all. She anticipated needs before I even realized I had them and made the entire planning process feel seamless. Frankie and Jess were also incredible. They brought such positive and calming energy to our wedding weekend and helped everything run smoothly behind the scenes. As a Type A bride who loves a schedule, I never thought I would be able to fully relax and be present, but the AE team made that possible. They made sure I had everything I needed and never missed a special moment. One unique thing that really stood out was how highly our vendors spoke of the AE team. It was clear they love working with them because of their organization and and ability to keep everything running smoothly. I cannot recommend Phoebe and the AE team highly enough. They are genuinely invested in making your day unforgettable!!
