Caroline and team were so lovely to work with. They were creative, flexible, and always willing to help solve issues as we were preparing for our annual Gala. I could not have pulled off the event we did without their help. They are incredible and I highly recommend working with them for any event needs.

I’ve been to my share of many events over several years!!! And while I focus on the causes than the experiences, it’s hard to not notice a production by BeEvents. My favorite events were produced by them. The way they tell stories and curate every experience is unlike any. I’m thinking of Children’s Theater events where it feels like you’re in this magical space. I’m thinking of Children’s Hospital events where even in the seriousness of the work, every touchpoint and experience is thoughtful, elegant, and just feels right for every cause. I could go on and list several others. Their events are worth going to for sure, and always adds an element of excitement even if the focus is on the cause!

BeEvents designed, planned, and executed a magical evening for Children’s Minnesota Hospital’s Star Gala. I was amazed by the venue's transformation for this gala for a significant purpose. The evening provided entertainment, an opportunity to reconnect, fun, and touching stories from families who've experienced neonatology care at Children's Minnesota. The amazing medical professionals at Children’s Minnesota are the “Kids Experts,” and clearly, the creative event professionals at BeEvents are the “Event Experts.” Kudos to the BeEvents on a wonderful event!

I attended the Gillette Children's Hospital Illuminate the Future event celebrating their 125 years. BeEvents was the event designer and the evening was truly magical. It was clear that the production team understood the audience, the client's vision and how to pull off a well orchestrated event down to the last detail. It was truly a wonderful evening.

I attended the Children’s Theatre Company Curtain Call Ball! hosted by BeEvents and it was absolutely spectacular! The décor was whimsical and out of this world! The evening flowed effortlessly and we had a great time!
