Custom Catering

I used Custom Catering & Events for my wedding at Wadley Farms, and they knocked it out of the park. Every single bite of food was outstanding, the portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was nothing short of beautiful. Most importantly, it tasted delicious. This wasn’t good wedding food, this was good food plain and simple. The chipotle chicken was so flavorful and served piping hot, and everyone spoke very highly of the blackened salmon. I also noticed that when one of our guests’ salmon portion was smaller than others, they brought her an additional salmon steak without her asking. In short, they made my guests feel well taken care of and very well fed! Note: Hyrum, the owner, is awesome! Definitely let him guide you when picking your menu! Phone calls are the best way to correspond with him.
