I recommend chucho's pig roasts for any events or just to have one. I do recommande the potato salad or roasted potato. Jesus is great to work with. And pleasant to talk to.

My husband and I got married on July 23rd and we were privileged enough to have Jesus and staff as our caterers. WOW!!!! I have never had a wedding feast like that❤️ Everyone absolutely raved about the food -it was incredible..... The pork was tender and flavorful, the chicken was so delicious, and all the sides were well beyond my expectations... The serving dishes never went empty and most everyone went up for seconds 🎉🎉 Jesus was so easy to work with, accommodated everyone's food sensitivities, and knocked out of the park. No regrets!!

Jesus was amazing throughout the ordering process. The location was pretty far from Saint John, but the pig arrived warm and ready to serve. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, it was a hit with my guests. Crunchy skin, extremely tender meat, unbelievably good. The salads were delicious, the buns were amazing, and the mojo was outstanding. Overall a completely flawless experience from ordering, to delivery. Jesus called afterward to check in, which we really appreciated. I cannot recommend Chucho's highly enough. 10 stars out of 5.
