1. Download the CSV template below and fill it with your vendor data
2. Upload the CSV file - up to 12,000 vendors will be imported in batches of 50
3. Non-event vendors (contractors, construction, etc.) will be automatically filtered out
4. Import takes ~2-5 minutes for 12,000 vendors (web scraping done separately)

Required columns: business_name, category, location
Optional: email, phone, website, description, price_range_min, price_range_max
Remove vendors that don't fit event planning (contractors, construction, home services, etc.)
Send a branded email to all vendors with incomplete profiles (<80%) prompting them to finish their setup.
