How it works:
1. Each CSV is parsed — business name built from First Name + Last Name, email from Email 1/2
2. Existing vendors (matched by email or name) get missing fields filled in
3. New vendors are created with AI-inferred category from business name
4. All vendors with email get a "Claim Your Profile" email queued in EmailQueue
5. Click "Dispatch Claim Emails Now" to send today's batch (up to 400/day quota)
